Arrive at the airport to be met by your guide who will take you for breakfast at Omani Restaurant Dukannah. Transfer to your hotel and take some time to relax before lunch at room/Hotel where a special menu will be provided. Head out for an afternoon cooking class with local Omani woman followed by dinner.

Enjoy breakfast at the Hotel followed by a day of exploration in the Capital of Oman. You will visit the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque followed by the Royal Oman Opera House. A local Omani lunch will revive your energy for your afternoon visit to the National Museum / Bait al Zubair. If time allows you will then have a small rest at the Hotel before we take you for a Sundowner Cocktail/Mocktail of your choice at the best Sunset view point in town. An evening stroll at souk Muttrah will give you time to experience the first local market where your guide will give you inside tips as to the shopping habits of the locals. Final point for today is a traditional Dinner at al Roznah Omani Restaurant.

Wake up early and drive towards the former capital of Oman. As there won’t be much time for breakfast, we will eat as the locals do. We will fetch Tea/Coffee and Omani bread take away and while driving to Nizwa we will have a snack stop for Sandwiches and the delicious Lugaimat.
Nizwa, or the ‘Pearl of Islam’ as it’s sometimes called was named the cultural capital of the Islamic World and is the former capital of Oman. The historic town of Nizwa, with its giant fort and high-walled Souq, lies on a plain surrounded by a thick palm oasis and some of Oman’s highest mountains.
Before visiting the Nizwa Souk, famous for its silver, pottery and spices, you will visit the Omani Halwa Factory of Nizwa where you will learn more about how this sweet traditional dessert is made. While visiting the souk of Nizwa you will of course get a chance to try halwa dates and fruits and we will also visit the Nizwa Fort. Before we carry on with our exploration of the Region, we will have a quick bite at the Nizwa Souk before going onto Jibreen castle; the most unique of fortresses in Oman and by many considered the most beautiful as well. Today will feel like a trip back in time. Our last stop is a visit to the old town of al Hamra and a visit to the Bait al Saffa Museum where we try Omani coffee/tea & freshly made bread before we check into our hotel.

After breakfast you can explore the farm life with the locals of the village followed by lunch with your new friendsin Al Hamra before we drive to the Village of Misfat al Abriyeen where we will stroll through the village and plantations trying seasonal fruits.

To walk off our breakfast, we will stroll along the famous route called 'Balcony Walk' for about 2 hours (8 am - 10 am) before we drive to Ibra with snack/fruits/dates in the car. Today’s lunch will be at a local Family's house/Farm and we then drive to Wadi Bani Khalid where we can rest and swim (please take note of the dress code).
Enhoy a sunset dune drive with an overnight stay at the Al Sarmadi Desert Camp with a dinner that offers Mishakeed - traditional BBQ sticks- which you can help making or simply sit back and enjoy the meal.

Last night you might have watched the stars till late or sat around the campfire with sparkling conversation. So, we will take a little rest this morning and have a late breakfast before we drive to the coastal town of Sur. Famous for its ship building, we will visit the last remaining Dhow Yard of the town to learn more about the manufacturing of ships in yesteryears. All this learning builds up an appetite and what better way to fix that, than what the region offers, a seafood lunch.
From Sur we will drive approx. 45 min to Ras al Had where we will relax the rest of the afternoon at our beach hotel.

Rise and shine early today for a morning boat ride with the local fisherman to catch your lunch. Later after breakfast we will drive to drive to Wadi Tiwi/Wadi Shaab. We will be exploring Wadi Shaab on foot and have the chance to swim as well before we return to the beach where lunch awaits and where we will cook our freshly caught fish bbq style. The meal will be complimented by other dishes from a local vendor. We promise pure food for your soul. Return to Muscat after lunch to prepare the Shuwa (man hands on /woman watch) . Shuwa which is a traditional dish usually made for special holidays and celebrations.

We start from Muscat and drive to Nakhl, en route visiting the Barka fish market before reaching the town which has a 350 years old magnificent fort and is dramatically located at the top of rocky mountain cliff. The area is surrounded by date plantations. The narrow road through the town winds up to the Hot Springs of Ayn Al Thuwarah, which is a popular picnic spot. After spending some time at Nakhl we will drive to the remote village of Wakan, set inside Wadi Mistal. A mild off road drive will take us to the entrance of the village from where one can explore the various terrace plantations and farms of the village. Explore the beauty of the village life and drive back to Muscat, where you can enjoy the afternoon at leisure. Dinner at the Kargee Restaurant

After breakfast in your hotel, transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
