Cultural Trips

• Arrive in São Tomé, and meet the representative on arrival at the airport. From the airport, your Lodge is a 3-minute drive in a shared transfer.
• Check-in and meet the rest of the wonderful team.
• The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy some rest after the long journey to arrive. The Lodge team will be on hand at any time and will gladly arrange taxis to explore the fascinating city of São Tomé.
• Overnight at Omali Lodge, São Tomé.

• Transfer to São Tomé airport for a 35-minute domestic flight to Príncipe.
• Transfer from Príncipe Airport to Roça Sundy.
• Check-in at Roça Sundy and meet the wonderful team who will be present on arrival to discuss an experience program for the week ahead. Please note experiences will be confirmed at each property; all are weather dependant.
• After lunch, enjoy one of the included half-day experiences, suggested at this page.
• Dinner and overnight at Roça Sundy.

• Enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure, with the possibility of walking the local trails to enjoy the vibrant bird life and beautiful scenery.

• Check-out will be sorted on the evening of day 4, in preparation for the following day’s experience.

• After breakfast, enjoy a day of discovery as you dive into the cuture of Príncipe.
• Lunch may be enjoyed in Santo António (suggestion but not included in price).
• After lunch, check in at Sundy Praia and meet the amazing team there.
• This afternoon is at your leisure, so make the most of the new surroundings!
• Dinner and overnight at Sundy Praia.

• Breakfast at Sundy Praia.
• After breakfast, enjoy an included half-day experience including rainforest walks, discovering lost cities and visits to the beaches.
• Return to Sundy Praia for lunch
• At leisure this afternoon (unless experience lasts into the afternoon), enjoy some of the self-guided experiences and explore at leisure.
• Dinner and overnight at Sundy Praia.
• Check-out will be sorted on the evening of day 8, in preparation for the following day’s departure.

• Breakfast at Sundy Praia.
• After breakfast, transfer from Sundy Praia to Príncipe Airport for the 35-minute domestic flight back to São Tomé.
• Transfer to Omali Lodge and check-in.
• Spend time organising relevant Covid procedures (if required) or explore some of the local shops - a visit to Diogo Vaz chocolate shop is a must!
• Upon return to Omali, stroll along the promenade and browse the stalls and booths selling local produce.
• Check-out will be sorted this evening, in preparation for the following day’s departure.
• Overnight at Omali Lodge.

• Departure to airport for onward international flight
